Shohruz Makhmudov — Trained to draw buildings. Now I build the systems businesses run on.
An architecture degree taught me to think in structure, load and circulation before surfaces; years of interiors and 3D visualisation taught me the surfaces. Today I bring both to software: I survey the business, draw the system, then design, build and ship it myself — with AI coding agents in the loop and my judgement in charge.

Section A–A — five levels, one builder.
Read it like a building section: every level stands on the one below it — from an architecture degree to the AI products I build now.

AI products & games
Now
Now: products where AI does real work under clear rules — a GPT-4 coach that knows what it must refuse, agent-run SEO operations with guardrails — and a first step into games, contributing sound to the family studio’s Unity co-op title.

Independent 2024 — now
Independent since 2024. I take businesses from spreadsheets and chat threads to working systems — a dealership ERP with investor accounting, a landed-cost CRM, a data-built storefront — and own them end to end: specification, data model, interface, deployment and support.

3D visualisation / CGI
CG-Bay · 3D visualiser & 3D artist 2020–2022
At CG-Bay I modelled furniture and fittings and built materials and lighting for architectural and catalogue imagery. Precision down to a chair leg and a surface’s roughness is where my eye for interface detail comes from.

Interior design
Design Studio · Interior & space designer 2022–2024
As an interior and space designer I planned residential interiors — zoning, circulation, furniture, finishes and lighting — and learned to turn a client’s loose wishes into drawings they could sign off. It is the same conversation I now have about dashboards and workflows.

Architecture & urban design
B.Arch · Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent 2020–2024
Four years of architecture and urban design built the habit everything else rests on: understand the site, the people and the flows before drawing a single wall. Plans, sections and schedules are still how I think about software — structure first, then surfaces.
Level +2.0 — light, material, detail.
Before software I spent years on interiors and CG product models. The same eye for proportion, light and a surface’s roughness now goes into every interface.
General notes — how I work.
On a drawing set, the general notes apply to every sheet. These apply to every project I take on.
-
N-01 — Structure first
Data model, flows and failure cases are drawn before a screen is designed. Most of a system’s quality is decided there, where change is cheapest.
-
N-02 — Every dimension accounted for
Numbers are derived, never typed twice. Balances, costs and totals come from one source and can always be traced back to it.
-
N-03 — Honest authorship
Every project states what was mine, what was the client’s and what came from open source. No borrowed work, no invented metrics.
-
N-04 — AI in the loop, judgement in charge
Agents write a lot of code with me. The specification, the architecture, the review, the testing and the decision to ship stay mine.
Tools & materials — what the work is built with.
Only what the projects on this site actually use — plus the drawing and 3D tools I trained on.

On AI agents —
what stays mine.
I build with AI coding agents — Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity. Spec, architecture decisions, review, QA, deployment and handover are mine.

Draft and refactor code, write tests and run checks — inside a specification and an architecture I set.

Working with AYDMAXX — who built what.
AYDMAXX GROUP is my family’s studio, run by my brother Shokhabbos Makhmudov (AydMaxx). It publishes its own iOS apps and websites — Car Dealer Tracker, Vaqt, OwnerDeck and others — under his name. I show them here, each clearly labelled, because they are part of the world I work in, but I claim no role in them: they are built by the studio.
Everything on this site marked “Own build” is mine: my repositories, my clients, my deployments. Where I have contributed to a studio project, the contribution is named exactly — for the studio’s co-op game Dear Millionaires, that is a credited CC0 sound library, nothing more.
